Six service sheets for one clean build.

PRIDAY CONSTRUCTION LLC combines construction build coordination with integrated build systems design for residential and light commercial work. Every project is issued across six discipline sheets, and each is run by people who read drawings and walk the site.

Build Planning and Permit Coordination

Good construction work is decided before the loader arrives. PRIDAY CONSTRUCTION LLC starts every engagement by reading the site and the drawings together. We walk the boundary, check the setbacks and buildable area, note the grades and the utility points, and translate the architectural intent into a coordinate set the field crew can hold.

The permit path is where most projects lose their first weeks. Our team secures the applications, compiles the required plan sheets, tracks review comments from every involved municipality and answers each red mark in order. We keep a living calendar of plan-review deadlines and inspection staging so an approval never waits for a missing page. When the permit is issued, the owner receives a package that explains every condition in plain language, so the schedule starts with clarity rather than guesswork.

Planning also means protecting the budget. We compare the quoted scope against the final drawing set during preconstruction, flag scope gaps while they are still cheap to fix, and set a realistic start date from lead times, not from optimism. A build that is planned on paper is a build that finishes faster.

FRAME · Structure · Layout

Structural Layout and Framing Systems

Layout day is the moment the paper becomes a building footprint that cannot be faked back. Our coordination establishes survey control, sets the benchmark elevation, and places the exterior wall lines and interior partitions exactly where the engineered drawings require. A squared, well-referenced layout keeps every subsequent trade honest.

We build framing systems in a deliberate order: plate lines, then load-bearing walls, then floor and ceiling joist runs, then trusses, sheathing and blocking. Our sequences respect engineered members, hold openings for windows and doors, and complete nail‑on and blocking runs that drywall, trim and cabinets rely on later. Each crew knows both what to frame and when to stop, which protects the inspections that guard the structure.

Communication on the frame keeps the whole job calm. We hold short daily huddles, post the current drawing revision at each work station, and resolve conflicts between the architectural and structural sets before they become on-site waste. The measure of our layout service is simple: straight walls, true corners and a shell that gladdens the inspector.

CONC · Foundation · Slab

Foundation and Concrete Sequencing

Concrete rewards order and punishes hesitation. PRIDAY CONSTRUCTION LLC sequences excavation, forming, reinforcement and placement so that pours happen only when the soil, the steel and the crew are aligned. We align the leveling of the site, the excavation depths and the structure of the foundation to the drawings before the first bucket swings.

We hold the slab elevations, coordinate the placement of embedded mechanical lines, plumbing sleeves and control joints, and schedule the concrete supplier with clear windows that keep the truck on time and the pour uninterrupted. The forming crew walks ahead of each pour to verify the layout, and the placement crew works to a written sequence that minimises cold joints and rework across light commercial floors and residential footings alike.

After the pour, we manage the cure, the strip, the waterproofing and the backfill so the foundation handoff to the frame is clean. Our records include the pour tickets and inspection reports that protect the building for decades, because a foundation is not something a project should ever have to defend twice.

MEP · Mechanical · Electrical · Plumbing

MEP Integration and Trade Scheduling

The schedule is won or lost in the cavity between trades. Our MEP service resolves mechanical, electrical and plumbing routes on the drawing before the walls close, so duct, conduit and drain runs share the space without a single backtrack on site. We maintain a rough-in sequence that brings each trade in on order and gives each the room it needs to finish.

PRIDAY CONSTRUCTION LLC hosts a short trade coordination meeting at each key gate. Subcontractors confirm their start dates, flag their conflicts early and commit to their close-out dates in writing. Because every trade hears the same plan, handoffs stop tripping over one another, and the cavity opens and closes exactly once.

The design side of our desk is built on clash review. We compare the mechanical, electrical and structural sets, mark the conflict zones with red review notes, and issue a corrected reference before the field ever encounters the problem. Anticipating the cavity saves the costliest hours on any project and is the difference between a job that flows and one that stalls.

SITE · Logistics · Staging

Site Logistics and Material Staging

A tidy yard is a fast yard. PRIDAY CONSTRUCTION LLC protects the working area of the build, defines the laydown and staging zones, and plans delivery windows so that material arrives when the crew needs it rather than weeks early, where it weathers and clutters the site.

We stage by phase: the steel and blocking that frame today sit ready today near the working face, while the casework, fixtures and finish goods that install last stay dry and protected at the edge of the lot. Delivery staging respects the local street and any crane or lift movement, so a truck never blocks access or forces the crew to rehandle a bundle.

Housekeeping is coordinated too. We schedule debris removal around active trades, mark clear tool and dumpster points, and protect the finish surfaces as each is installed. Because access routes and staging stay predictable, the crews move with momentum and the project never loses a shift to hunting for a missing item or a blocked gate.

QA · Punch · Handover

Quality Walkthrough and Handover Systems

The final sheet is the one an owner remembers. PRIDAY CONSTRUCTION LLC runs a staged quality walk against the current drawings through the last weeks of the build. Each item, from a door that rubs to a line that wanders, is written onto a single punch register with an owner and a due date, so no fix fades out of sight.

We verify every correction against the list before it is marked closed and keep the register easy to read on the board and by phone. Certifications, engineering correspondence, warranty documents and as-built notes are gathered into a clean handover folder that gives the owner real confidence and a clear service path after the final walk.

The handover meeting is the close of the job and the opening of the relationship. We walk the space trade by trade, answer every question plainly, and hand the keys together with a written summary of what was built, how it was verified and who to call next. Our names are on the title block of every build we coordinate, so we protect that stamp on every walkthrough we pass.
